Please do not submit a form until you are ready to book and can make the payment online. Please note that you will receive the studio agreement via email. This should be signed before your reservation.

Your reminder email will have access instructions and a number to text when you get to the studio for your access code. 

If you need to reschedule, you must do so 48 hours before your reservation or you will forfeit your booking fee.
